Manifestations

AmstedMaxion and Greenbrier Maxion wish and expect that all their employees and third parties who are aware of the business activities and practices of the Companies, promptly and in accordance with the procedures described herein, with respect to any improper situation or questionable in accounting, control or audit aspects, such as:

•     Fraud or intentional error in the preparation, evaluation, review or audit of any financial statement
•     Fraud or deliberate error in recording, archiving or maintaining financial data
•     Disability or non-compliance in controls or accounting procedures
•     Provision of false or untrue information to or by an employee related to financial data, financial statements or audit reports; or
•     Deviations from the complete and correct presentation of the financial condition.

The system makes it possible to send the manifestations to the Audit Committee of Iochpe-Maxion (“Committee”) in an anonymous and confidential way, with no collection or archiving of the IP numbers of the machines originating from the demonstrations. The Companies wish that whenever possible, the system be used to send manifestations, not ruling out that they be sent confidentially and anonymously by mail, addressing them to the Committee at the following address:

The system and the Committee should not be accessed for the sending of manifestations other than those discussed above. Officials or third parties are expected to provide the largest amount of information and evidence available to facilitate the analysis and initiation of an investigation. Such information and evidence may also be sent anonymously and confidentially, through the system or by correspondence to the Committee.

Non-specific manifestations, without information or evidence, will not be sufficient to determine the start of an investigation
